Field Wizard / Field service software in Ontario / Peterborough
Field Wizard is Canadian field service management software for Peterborough HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trades businesses. Scheduling and dispatch, a live dispatch map, invoicing with Ontario HST, a mobile app for your techs, a customer portal, an AI receptionist and Ontario payroll, priced in Canadian dollars. Built and run from Peterborough by a working HVAC company.
A phone app built for the truck, not squeezed down from the office screen. Install it on any phone and it works like a native app.
Field Wizard comes from The Service Wizard, an HVAC company at 723 George St N in Peterborough. Every feature was shaped by running real service calls in the Kawarthas, not by a software team guessing at what a contractor needs.
Jobs in Peterborough rarely stay inside city limits. Between Lakefield, Norwood, Havelock and the lakes, the live dispatch map shows which tech is actually closest and texts the customer an on-the-way link.
Maintenance plans and recurring service agreements let a Peterborough shop book next year’s tune-ups while this year’s are still being invoiced, so the busy season stops being a scramble.
No modules to bolt on later. See the full details and pricing on the home page.
Drag-and-drop the day, route techs by GPS and text customers a live on-the-way link automatically.
See where every truck is right now and who is closest before you answer the phone.
Quote, invoice and collect online in Canadian dollars, with Ontario HST handled on every invoice.
Today’s jobs, schedule, customer history, equipment, reports and clock-in on an installable phone app.
Customers see appointments and history, and recurring plans keep the tune-up calendar full.
An AI voice assistant answers your calls, and an optional Ontario payroll add-on handles CPP, EI, T4s and pay stubs.
